Our interim response to any areas of concern brought to our attention will be within two days, and depending on the complexity of the case, we will attempt to resolve the issue within 21 days.
In the event that the student and Saint Clare are unable to resolve a dispute in accordance with the grievance procedure, the student and Saint Clare shall refer the dispute to CPE Student Services Centre ( +65 6223 1048)
for mediation prior to instituting and legal action or proceedings.
